Job Description

Responsible for keeping resource management data (Demand and Supply) up to date in systems and providing MIS reporting to stakeholders.
Coordination with project managers and operations for resource allocations.
Take ownership in following up with consultants on compliance with processes such as time entry etc.
Support on recruitment / hiring.
Basic Excel Knowledge

SKILLS:

Good knowledge of MS Office
Good knowledge as a user of maintaining data in ERP applications.
Should have experience in Resourcing, recruitment & MIS Reporting.
Very good communication skills & team player.

Experience and Qualifiaction :

4 - 7 Relevant Experience
Bcom, Bsc, BCA, MCA and MBA
