Research and Development Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in conducting research, analyzing data, developing innovative ideas, and supporting product/service development. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about research, innovation, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the R&D team in conducting research, experiments, and feasibility studies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support ongoing projects.
• Review literature, reports, and patents relevant to research topics.
• Support in designing prototypes, testing methods, or pilot studies.
• Document findings, prepare reports, and present results to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, etc.) to support innovation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct independent research and synthesize findings.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of research tools/software is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute in a team environment.
