Job Description

Dear Candidate,

AI Research Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Research and implement new AI/ML architectures (transformers, GANs, RL, etc.)
Prototype and benchmark models for performance and generalization
Contribute to technical papers, open-source projects, or patents
Work with compute-intensive infrastructure and large datasets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong coding skills in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
Solid foundation in mathematics, deep learning, and optimization techniques
Experience with distributed training and GPU acceleration
Bonus: Publication record or contributions to academic/industry AI research

Soft Skills:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
