Release Manager

As a Release Manager located in Noida, working in a Hybrid mode, you will be responsible for supporting Release Management and Release Deployments. You must possess specialized skills as listed under the specializations tab. Your role will involve managing the entire project lifecycle, starting from project definition through implementation. It is crucial for you to be accountable for meeting the agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. Developing project plans, driving project milestones, and establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders are key responsibilities of this role. You will provide day-to-day direction to project resources and ensure effective change management throughout the project's duration. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing documentation, status reports, and budgets. Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal abilities, negotiation skills, project planning expertise, judgment, leadership qualities, decision-making capabilities, analysis skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role. Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word is required, along with demonstrated subject matter expertise in the specified area. Additionally, you should be comfortable with extending working hours for release extensions. Ideally, you should have 5-7 years of experience in Release Management with specialized skills in the relevant area to excel in this role.,
