Summary:

for our SaaS platform with multiple product-lines. You will be responsible for

planning, coordinating, and executing software releases across multiple customers,

ensuring minimum disruption and effective communication to customers.

This role requires a blend of technical awareness of software release management,

strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, QA,

DevOps, product, Engineering and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

Release Planning & Coordination

• Own the release calendar and coordinate release timelines with engineering, product, QA and DevOps.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all release-related communication.
• Ensure effective communication to customers pre and post releases

Release Execution

• Oversee DevOps team to Manage releases through all environments (Dev QA UAT Staging Production).
• Ensure deployment processes (CI/CD pipelines, runbooks, rollback strategies) are followed consistently.
• Oversee production deployments, including go/no-go decisions and post-release monitoring.

Tenant-Specific Release Management

• Plan and manage staged rollouts (pilot tenants phased rollout global release).
• Coordinate feature flags and tenant-specific deployment requirements.
• Ensure clear communication with customer-facing teams on release impact and timelines.

Continuous Improvement

• Track and report release KPIs (deployment frequency, change failure rate, MTTR).
• Drive process improvements to increase release reliability and speed.
• Conduct release retrospectives and implement best practices.

Planning and Organizational

• Plan releases by coordinating with multiple stake-holders
• Own and track the release plans

Qualifications

• Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Release Management of multiple SaaS product lines

Technical Awareness:

• Familiarity with DevOps deployments CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of deployment strategies (blue-green, canary, rolling).
• Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (App Insights).
• Comfortable working with engineers to troubleshoot pipeline or release issues.

• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, organizational and project

management (monitoring and tracking) skills.

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS environments, feature flags, and enterprise customer coordination.
