We are in search of an Enthusiastic Relationship Manager to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Generate sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve daily , monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding customer base and increasing sales revenue.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.

Apply if you:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
6month - 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Real-estate.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
