Regional Sales Manager - Retail MFB

As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Cluster Managers and field staff to expand the Business Correspondent (BC) network for various financial institutions. Your responsibilities will include developing business correspondence alliance partners, creating innovative retail asset products such as JLG Loans and MSME Loans, and implementing sales strategies to increase market share. You will identify potential areas for business growth, assess client bases, and explore opportunities for geographical expansion. Your role will involve managing teams across assigned territories to enhance market penetration and reach. You will formulate collection strategies, design sales contests, and conduct field visits to guide loan officers. Additionally, you will be responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, training, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a NBFC, NBFC MFI, SFB, or Bank, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. You must possess strong relationship management skills, business sourcing expertise, and a deep understanding of credit underwriting. Familiarity with business correspondent models and technology applications is essential, along with knowledge of legal and governance requirements. As a Post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline, you will play a key role in driving business planning, product management, and operational cost optimization. Your ability to develop company strategies, implement best practices, and ensure compliance while maintaining integrity will be critical to the success of the organization.,
