Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the

Bitumen or Petrochemical industry

, with proven expertise in

B2B sales, channel management, and large-scale project business development

.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage

    PAN India sales operations

    for Bitumen and allied Petrochemical products.
  • Develop and execute

    strategic sales plans

    to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build, nurture, and expand strong relationships with

    infrastructure companies, government agencies, contractors, and distributors

    .
  • Identify and capitalize on

    new business opportunities

    across diverse regions.
  • Provide

    market intelligence & competitor analysis

    to management for effective decision-making.
  • Collaborate with technical, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure

    efficient order fulfillment

    .
  • Drive

    key account management

    and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide regional sales teams towards achieving business goals.

    • Candidate Requirements

  • Education:

    Graduate in Engineering / Science / Commerce (MBA preferred).

  • Experience:

    10 15 years in

    Bitumen, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Products sales

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    bituminous products, road construction industry, and petrochemical applications

    .
  • Proven experience in handling

    PAN India business

    or large regional operations.
  • Excellent networking with

    infrastructure companies, EPC contractors, and government agencies

    .
  • Strong

    leadership, negotiation, and communication

    skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
