Regional Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic centres, Laboratories and Blood Banks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, lab managers, and procurement teams.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, prospecting, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.
• Stay updated on competitor activities, industry trends, and technological advancements.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
• 2 to 6 years of sales experience in laboratory instruments, medical devices, or diagnostics industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them effectively to customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
