Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end credit underwriting for Business Loans (BL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgages, and Home Loans
Lead a team of credit underwriters and ensure adherence to company credit policies and regulatory norms
Conduct detailed credit appraisals, assess financials, and prepare structured credit notes for approval
Monitor and manage the loan portfolio, identifying early warning signals and ensuring healthy asset quality
Track and manage delinquencies, coordinating with collections and recovery teams as required
Perform regular data analysis and portfolio reviews to identify risks and opportunities
Prepare and present periodic credit performance reports to senior management
