Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Recruiting Intern. The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for assisting in the hiring process, conducting interviews, communicating with candidates, and supporting recruiting efforts. Additional responsibilities include training new hires and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Strong Interviewing and Communication skills
• Ability to assist in Training and onboarding processes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective team player with a collaborative approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruiting software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
