Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment process

  : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Source candidates using

  job portals, social media, networking, and references

• Conduct

  telephonic and face-to-face interviews

  to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
  
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
  
• Build strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  
• Ensure smooth

  joining formalities

  and post-recruitment follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in HR, Management, or any related field.

• Experience:

  0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).

• Languages Required:

  Fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and English

  .
• Proficiency in using

  MS Office, job portals, and recruitment tools

  .
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to

  work under pressure

  and meet targets.
