Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles while building strong talent pipelines and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level to mid-level roles.
• Source candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting open roles.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,703.92 - ₹48,014.12 per month
