Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the execution of campus hiring events, job fairs, and employer branding activities.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute new ideas for recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Enthusiastic team player, eager to learn and take initiative.
• Prior experience with recruitment or HR (internship, coursework, or extracurricular) is a plus.
