Looking for a professional and proactive Receptionist (Female candidates are preferred) to be the first point of contact at Gift City office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle front-desk responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing front-desk activities and handling incoming calls
• Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner
• Coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations
• Supporting internal teams with basic office management tasks

Requirements:

• Graduate with good communication skills (English)
• Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tasks
• Pleasant personality and customer service orientation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
