Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller cum Receptionist to join our team at CCSI Computer Education. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk responsibilities while handling telecalling to promote courses, follow up with leads, and assist in admissions.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage front office activities.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain courses and offers.
Follow up with inquiries and convert them into admissions.
Maintain lead database, enquiry register, and daily call records.
Assist with admission documentation and provide accurate course information.
Coordinate with counsellors and staff for walk-ins and appointments.
Ensure reception area is professional and welcoming.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,555.15 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Benefits:
