As a Senior ReactJS Developer at Techvantage Analytics, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of high-quality, scalable front-end solutions. Your responsibilities will include mentoring junior developers, collaborating with product and design teams, and ensuring efficient performance and an intuitive interface for engaging user experiences. Here's what we expect from an ideal candidate: - Experience in developing complex, responsive web applications using ReactJS. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Develop reusable components and front-end libraries for use across projects. - Optimize components for maximum performance on various devices and browsers. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. - Mentor and guide junior developers to foster continuous learning. - Stay updated with the latest trends, libraries, and frameworks in front-end development. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance and usability issues. - Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and project discussions. Preferred Skills: In addition to the above responsibilities, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. - 2+ years of industry experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years specializing in ReactJS. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. - Experience with ReactJS workflows (such as Redux, Flux) and advanced hooks. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less). - Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. - Experience with front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, and npm. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. - Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha, and a TDD approach to development. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools for front-end deployments. - Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
