ReactJS Developer

RCD – React.js Developer (1–2 Years Experience)1. Role Summary

The React.js Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing web applications, implementing reusable components, integrating APIs, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness. The role requires close collaboration with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build reusable components and maintain clean, modular code.
• Integrate RESTful APIs/GraphQL into the frontend.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional applications.
• Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in development and production.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Work closely with backend and QA teams for end-to-end delivery.

3. Core Competencies

• Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux/Context API.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind/Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, Axios/Fetch.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Basic knowledge of build tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) (preferred).
• Soft Skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Effective communication and collaboration with team members.
• Attention to detail with UI/UX alignment.
• Self-learning and ability to adapt to new technologies.

4. Deliverables

• Fully functional, tested, and optimized React.js web applications.

• Timely delivery of assigned tasks within sprint deadlines.
• Regular updates on progress, blockers, and completed work.

5. Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in React.js frontend development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
