About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React.js. The ideal candidate will be adept at building modern, scalable, and AI-integrated workflows while working in a fast-paced startup environment. This role demands problem-solving ability, creative thinking, and hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks and AI-related integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Redux.
• Implement MERN stack components as required for front-end integrations.
• Design and integrate AI workflows, AI agents, and automation processes.
• Work with hooks and advanced React concepts to create dynamic, scalable features.
• Create and optimize workflow designs for business processes, integrating no-code and AI tools where applicable.
• Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Work with n8n or similar tools for automation and integration tasks.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement social media-related automation and integrations.
• Participate in requirement discussions, provide technical insights, and suggest optimizations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Core Skills: React.js, Next.js, Redux, Hooks, MERN stack fundamentals.
• AI/Automation Skills: AI workflow design, AI agents, n8n or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Social Media Automation: Understanding of APIs, authentication, cookies, scrapping, and automation tools.
• General: DSA (Data Structures & Algorithms) understanding, code optimization, and modern development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-paced startup environments.
• Prior work in integrating no-code platforms with AI solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
