Job Description

Title: React Native Mobile Developer

Job Location: - Bengaluru MetricStream is seeking a React Native Mobile Developer to join a fast-paced Product development team and contribute to building enterprise-class GRC applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile app architecture, cross-platform development principles, and a product-oriented mindset Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain mobile applications using React Native across iOS and Android platforms.

- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to define and implement new features.

- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and battery usage.

- Ensure the best possible UI/UX experience and adherence to mobile design guidelines.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, deploy updates, and continuously improve the product. 2025 MetricStream Inc. All Rights Reserved.

- Integrate with native SDKs, RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and push notification services.

- Maintain code versioning and participate in peer code reviews.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in mobile development and React Native ecosystem.

Skills and Experience

- 5 years of hands-on experience in building high-performance, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications

- 5+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years of React Native development.

- Strong command over JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React Native frameworks.

- Experience in state management (Redux, MobX, Context API).

- Familiarity with native mobile development (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift/ObjectiveC for iOS) is a plus.

- Knowledge of mobile design principles, performance optimization, and app lifecycle management.

- Proficiency in API integration, mobile security, and asynchronous programming.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, unit/integration testing, and tools like Jest, Detox, or Appium.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile product environment.

- Experience working in a product company or on consumer-facing apps with large user bases.
