Role overview:

We are seeking a talented React Native (Expo) Developer Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a 2-6 month internship opportunity focused on building and maintaining high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. You&aposll collaborate with designers, backend developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and performant apps that support our mission.

This role offers a flexible, remote work arrangement, allowing you to gain hands-on experience in a startup environment while contributing to real-world projects.

Key Responsibility:

• Develop and maintain efficient, reusable code for mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
• Collaborate with designers to implement seamless UI/UX designs.
• Integrate APIs, third-party libraries (e.g., Firebase, Google Maps API), and ensure smooth functionality.
• Optimize app performance, debug issues, and participate in code reviews.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Adapt to new technologies and contribute to problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in React Native (Expo), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development principles, UI/UX design, and best practices.
• Experience with API integration, third-party libraries, and version control tools like Git.
• At least 1 year of hands-on project experience in React Native and Expo (or 5 self-built projects for freshers).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Pursuing or completing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with Firebase and Google Maps API is highly desirable.
