About the Role:

React Native Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using

  React Native

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to deliver seamless user experiences.
  
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
  
• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and services into mobile applications.
  
• Debug and resolve performance, usability, and reliability issues.
  
• Ensure code quality with proper testing (unit, integration, automated).
  
• Contribute to architectural decisions for scalable app development.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mobile app development.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience

  as a Mobile App Developer, with at least 3+ years in

  React Native

  .
• Strong understanding of

  JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

  , and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience integrating apps with

  RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries

  .
• Familiarity with

  state management libraries

  (Redux, MobX, Context API).
• Strong knowledge of

  mobile app architecture, performance tuning, and debugging

  .
• Experience in publishing apps on

  App Store and Google Play

  .
• Knowledge of

  mobile security practices

  .
• Exposure to

  CI/CD pipelines

  for mobile development.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Domain knowledge/experience in

  HRMS / SaaS / ERP / Fintech / EdTech

  .
• Familiarity with

  native iOS (Swift/Objective-C)

  or

  Android (Kotlin/Java)

  .
• Understanding of

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with

  automated testing frameworks

  (Jest, Detox, Appium).
• Knowledge of

  Agile methodologies

  and working in a product-based environment.

Working Days - Monday to Friday

Work Timings - 10 am to 7 pm

Working Location - Rajajinagar / Church street
