About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled React Native Developer to join our growing tech team at Dropty, India’s first smart baggage infrastructure platform. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our customer and driver ecosystem — ensuring smooth, fast, and reliable user experiences across Android and iOS.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, maintain, and enhance React Native mobile applications for customers and operational teams.2. Work closely with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and WebSocket connections.3. Implement real-time location tracking, notifications, and payment modules.4. Optimize app performance, loading speed, and responsiveness.5. Manage code versioning using Git and maintain CI/CD pipelines.6. Collaborate with the design team to translate Figma layouts into functional components.7. Debug, test, and deploy updates with zero downtime.8. Work on push notifications, maps integration, and offline data caching.9. Ensure compatibility and stability across multiple devices and OS versions.10. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Requirements:
1. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in React Native app development.2. Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and React fundamentals.3. Experience integrating REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.4. Familiar with native modules (Android/iOS bridges).5. Knowledge of Redux / Recoil / Zustand for state management.6. Experience with Google Maps API, geolocation, and push notifications.7. Good understanding of app deployment (Play Store, App Store).8. Version control experience with Git/GitHub.9. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.

Nice to Have:
1. Experience with TypeScript in React Native.2. Familiarity with Node.js or Laravel APIs.3. Prior work on logistics, travel, or delivery-based apps.4. Exposure to Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and analytics tools.5. Understanding of CI/CD workflows (Fastlane, App Center, or Bitrise).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
