React JS Developer

Experience

• 4+ years of experience with 4+ years of solid React JS application development experience, including a thorough understanding of React JS core design principles, architecture patterns, unit and automation testing frameworks, and popular ReactJS npm libraries.
• Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design.
• Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.
• Keep on asking for reviews and feedback from your peers
• Lead should also work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and reducing the waste on the other end.
• Tech Lead should inspire all the other team members, a Lead who is looked upon by all the members
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Developing new user-facing features using React JS
• Ability to take wireframes or designs and translate them into high-quality user interfaces.
• Familiar with the mobile application development lifecycle
• Mentor and guide a team of developers
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs. Developing new features in React while working closely with API & Design teams.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Experience working in an agile development environment (Agile, Scrum or Kanban preferred)

Other preferences:

• Preferred Master’s or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Preferably worked in the Healthcare Insurance sub-domain
• Good to have - Worked on projects with accessibility needs
