React Js Developer

As a React JS Developer with 2+ years of experience, you will play a key role in designing and implementing user interfaces for web applications using React.js. You will work collaboratively with front-end and back-end teams, ensuring that the applications are optimized for both performance and usability. You will also contribute to code quality, provide technical leadership, and help mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain user-facing features using React.js with an emphasis on performance and responsiveness. Develop reusable, scalable, and efficient components and libraries for future use. Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and back-end services. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive web applications. Implement state management solutions such as Redux or Context API to manage application state. Optimize components and applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and functionality of applications. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability. Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a collaborative development environment. Stay current with the latest React.js features, best practices, and front-end development trends. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth user experiences. Collaborate in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux, React Context API, or similar. Experience integrating React applications with RESTful APIs and back-end services. Familiarity with front-end build tools and version control systems (e.g., Webpack, Git). Experience in developing responsive, mobile-first applications. Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility and UI/UX design principles. Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
