React JS Developer

Role & responsibilities

• System Design:

  Design and architect

  scalable, resilient, and secure microservices

  using

  Java/Spring Boot

  that can handle high-volume transactions and low-latency requirements.

• Code Quality & Standards:

  Establish and enforce

  coding best practices

  , conduct rigorous

  code reviews

  , and ensure high levels of

  unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage

  .

• Mentorship:

  Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers on complex technical challenges, software design patterns, and platform architecture.

• Performance Optimization:

  Proactively identify performance bottlenecks across the

  full stack

  (database, Java services, network, React UI) and implement effective solutions like

  caching (e.g., Redis)

  and query optimization.

Development & Delivery

• Backend Development (70%):

  Develop and maintain robust

  RESTful APIs

  and business logic using

  Java 8+

  and the

  Spring Ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA)

  .

• Frontend Development (30%):

  Build responsive, highly performant, and accessible user interfaces using

  React.js, Redux/Context API, HTML5, and CSS/SASS

  .

• Data Management:

  Design, implement, and maintain database schemas (

  SQL/NoSQL

  ) and ensure data integrity and query efficiency (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

• DevOps & CI/CD:

  Work with DevOps pipelines (

  Jenkins/GitLab CI/GitHub Actions

  ) to automate build, test, and deployment processes to

  AWS, Azure, or GCP

  environments using

  Docker

  and, ideally,

  Kubernetes

  .

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years

  of progressive professional experience in software development, primarily focused on

  Full Stack Java and React.js

  .
• Proven experience in

  designing, building, and deploying microservices

  into a production environment.
