React JS Developer

Job Title: Senior React Developer Location: Hyderabad, India Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our development team in Hyderabad. As a Senior React Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing modern web applications. Youll collaborate closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams to create scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly applications. You will also mentor junior developers and contribute to the architectural decisions to improve our development process. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop user-facing features using React.js and ensure high-performance and responsiveness across different devices and browsers. Lead the development of complex front-end applications, contributing to architectural decisions and ensuring scalability and maintainability. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define and implement new features. Build reusable components and libraries for future use, ensuring code quality, modularity, and efficiency. Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux , Context API ) to manage application state effectively. Optimize applications for maximum performance, including code splitting, lazy loading, and performance profiling. Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices, maintain high-quality code standards, and ensure efficient workflows. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, helping them grow and improve their skills. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring smooth development and deployment processes. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development and React technologies, and apply them where appropriate. Work with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to integrate with backend services. Write comprehensive unit tests and ensure proper testing coverage. Contribute to the overall software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, and deployment. Skills & Qualifications: 5 to 10 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js . In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML5 , CSS3 , and front-end technologies. Expertise in React Hooks , React Router , Redux , and other state management tools. Extensive experience in creating and maintaining responsive designs and cross-browser compatibility. Strong understanding of modern front-end build tools like Webpack , Babel , npm , Yarn . Experience with TypeScript and integrating it within React applications. Familiarity with RESTful APIs , integrating front-end applications with back-end services. Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest , React Testing Library ). Experience optimizing performance, including reducing bundle size and improving page load times. Strong experience in version control systems like Git , with knowledge of workflows (e.g., branching strategies, pull requests). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug and optimize complex applications. Understanding of Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum , Kanban ). Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GraphQL and modern data-fetching techniques. Knowledge of Node.js and server-side JavaScript, especially for full-stack development. Experience with Cloud services (e.g., AWS , Azure ) and deployment platforms (e.g., Netlify , Heroku ). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment strategies. Strong experience with UI/UX design principles and modern design systems. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes . Experience in mentoring and coaching junior developers and contributing to team growth. Bachelors degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
