React Frontend Developer - Contract basis 3+ months

Project: Global Workforce Management & Real-Time Site Monitoring Platform

Location: Kannur

We are looking for a skilled React Frontend Developer who can build modern, scalable, and responsive interfaces. You will work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver a seamless user experience for our portal and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.

• Convert UI/UX wireframes, workflows, and design prototypes into functional screens.

• Build interactive dashboards, real-time monitoring screens, charts, and reports.

• Work with REST APIs and integrate with backend services (Python/FastAPI/Django).

• Implement global state management using Redux, Context API, or other tools.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

• Optimize components for maximum performance across devices.

• Collaborate with backend and mobile teams to align web portal functionality.

• Work with WebSockets/real-time data for live site monitoring features.

• Follow best practices for coding, security, version control, and performance.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind, Flex/Grid systems.

• Experience with Redux, TanStack Query, Context API, or similar state tools.

• Comfortable integrating APIs and handling async operations.

• Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and responsive design.

• Experience with WebSockets or real-time data rendering.

• Familiarity with build tools and workflow automation

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
