React Developer

As a Software Engineer specializing in application development and integrating our own application with the ERP Application, your role will involve ensuring the smooth development, delivery, and user support of software applications within our organization. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop new features in our own product, troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and provide technical expertise to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop UI-centric applications and work on scalable designs - Ensure seamless integration with the ERP Application - Have a passion for programming and building exceptional products - Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles - Proficiency in CSS, HTML5, and allied technologies like SASS and LESS - Experience in error debugging, bug fixing, and improving application performance - Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect with back-end services - Ability to convert UI/UX designs from online tools like Figma, Sketch, etc., to ReactJS components - Good knowledge of design patterns - Strong proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model - Effective communication skills to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language **Qualifications Required:** - 3-5 years of experience in software engineering - Minimum of 2 years working specifically with ReactJs - 3 years of proven hands-on technical experience in development - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field This position is based in Thane, Mumbai, with a work arrangement of 5 days in the office.
