Job Description

Responsibilities
Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Support in project progress, identifying any issues or delays and suggesting solutions to keep projects on track. Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic decision-making. Participate in meetings with project teams and stakeholders to gather and document requirements, progress updates, and outcomes. Support the department leaders/managers in preparing reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders. Help manage the department s internal communications Assist in the evaluation of new technologies and processes that could enhance the company s R&D capabilities. Engage with cross-functional teams to understand their needs

Qualifications
Hail from a reputed University / Institution. Should be perusing his / her final year in a full time Masters degree in Engineering Should carry minimum of 70% aggregate in his / her 5th & 6th semester University Should have demonstrated a high level of Conduct and Discipline in the Institution. Strong interest in the field of research and development, with a keen desire to learn about new technologies and Automotive R&D processes. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Google studio Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team. Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Google Studio, Power BI) is preferred.
