Job Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to assist in site coordination, quantity take-off, billing, and data consolidation. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering with basic knowledge of quantity surveying and AutoCAD for quantity take-off.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in quantity take-off from AutoCAD drawings for material estimation.Support site coordination activities and communicate with site engineers.Assist in preparing tender documents and technical submissions.Consolidate data from sites, including labor details and material details.Assist in bill preparation.
Required Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Candidates from Ernakulam are preferred.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Quantity Surveying.Proficiency in AutoCAD for quantity take-off.Basic understanding of billing and cost estimation.Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience:
Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying.
Salary = 15000 -25000
