Quantitative Analyst

we are looking for a skilled Quantative Analysor to join our interior & construction team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects related to project cost,quantity take-offs,budgeting,and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Quantity take-offs, BOQ (Bill of Quantities),and cost estimates.

Analyze drawings,specifications,and other documents to prepare accurate cost calculations.

Assist in tendering and contract negotiation.

Monitor project costs and help contol budgets.

Conduct site visits to verify measurements and work progress.

Prepare interim payment certificates,bills,and invoices.

Liaise with project managers,engineers,and contractors.

Evaluate and prepare variation claims,rate analysis,and final accounts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil Engineering or Quantity surveying.

3+ years of experience.

Knowledge of construction methods,materials,and estimation software.

Proficient in MS Excel,Auto CAD and quantity surveying tools.

Stong analytical,negotiation and communication skills.
