Quality Manager (Technical)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our rapidly growing technology & transformation Delivery excellence practice. The role is pivotal in anchoring and supporting quality initiatives, monitoring engagements for delivery and financial risks, and ensuring alignment with the firms quality, compliance, and client delivery standards.

The Quality Manager will work closely with engagement partners, project teams, and firm leadership to provide actionable insights through data monitoring, dashboards, and financial KPI analysis, and drive a proactive risk mitigation culture.

Work youll do:

• Anchor and support firm-wide Quality initiatives and frameworks across technology engagements to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
• Monitor ongoing engagements for potential delivery risks, financial overruns, and compliance issues through Quality interventions.
• Analyze financial KPIs such as Cost of Quality, WIP, Debtor, margin, NSR , Bulge ratio etc and highlight anomalies.
• Partner with engagement and delivery teams to identify and mitigate risks early, enabling smoother client delivery and reducing escalation impact.
• Develop portfolio level dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Lead and support initiatives to improve delivery governance, quality compliance, and risk management protocols across the practice.
• Facilitate quality reviews, internal audits, and post-project retrospectives to capture lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to engagement teams, enabling successful execution through a quality-focused delivery mindset.

Key Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-8 years of relevant experience in technology consulting, quality assurance, project governance, or risk & compliance, preferably in a Big 4 or large IT services firm.

• Prior experience in Technology implementation (Data analytics/custom Dev/cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud migration)is mandatory

• Engineering background preferred

• Deep understanding of engagement lifecycle management, project financials, and delivery governance.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in dashboarding, financial KPI interpretation, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, CMMI, or ITIL are preferred.
