Quality Management System (QMS): Establish, maintain, and improve the company's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. like ISO 9001 and API Q1 specific to the oil and gas sector and other EMS ISO-14001 and H&SMS ISO-45001

Quality Standards for Products: Set quality standards for products, services, and projects, aligning them with customer expectations and business objectives.

Quality Assurance and Control Activities: Supervise and manage all QA/QC activities including inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products like centralizer (API 10D), Stop Collar (API 10D-2) and Float Equipment (API 10F) to ensure compliance with specifications.

Inspection and Testing: Able to handle TPI (Third Party Inspection) independently and able to ITP/QAP, hands on experience in testing centralizer (API 10D) , Stop Collar (API 10D-2) and Float Equipment (API 10F) and having knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques like ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), and radiographic testing (RT) to detect defects and ensure structural integrity of product.

Manage Quality Control: Monitor and Analyse quality metrics, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement in manufacturing, service, or project execution

Implement of Correction & Corrective Actions: Investigate the root causes of quality issues and non-conformities, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with purchasing and other teams to ensure raw materials, components, and services from external suppliers meet quality specifications.

Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all quality-related activities, including quality plans, test reports, and records

Team Leadership & Training: Lead, mentor, and train quality assurance teams, enhancing their skills and ensuring adherence to quality procedures

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various departments, including product development, engineering, operations, and project teams, to integrate quality into all stages of the product and project life cycle.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
