Job Description

Demonstrated excellence in administering operational planning and time management to consistently meet customer deliverables while implementing change management processes for testing deviations and operational adjustments.
Strong exposure in developing quality improvement plans and conducted supplier audits to enhance compliance and performance, driving continuous improvement and reducing defects, costs, scrap, and rework while ensuring high-quality product delivery.
Extensive hands-on experience in EMI/EMC testing for energy meter products & components, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Comprehensive knowledge in using Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, PFMEA, 7QC Tools; familiar with Industry standards – ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and ISO27001.
Project Manager, skilled in successfully planning & executing quality management projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals & compliance with industry standards to deliver defect-free products.
Divergent & value-based outlook with exceptional analytical skills, strong people management skills, leveraged in leading cross-functional teams & motivating peak performances with focus on transforming the company’s vision into reality.
