related documents, control related documents follow up.

G. MOM, Compliance report, Test Certificate index, warrenty

certificates, machine cat loges declaration documents.

H. As built update as per machine at actual dimension.

I. Documents scanning.

2. Customer handling

A. Arrange document as per customer requirement.

3. Lead QC

A. Inward material inspection (laser cutting, brought out, machiningetc.)

B. Signing the inward invoice

C. Internal inspection

D. Attend Online inspection call

E. Final Inspection

F. Internal trials

Monthly work

4. Testing

J. Third party Ra value testing supplier arrange check all points as

per standard. Report updates as per customer requirement.

K. Third party PMI testing supplier arrange check all points as per

standard. Report updates as per customer requirement.

5. FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)

A. Internal FAT (machine trials, documents check, make files as per

documents)

B. External FAT[Online/Offline]

Key Responsibilities:

1. Follow 6S method.

2. Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of equipment and services.

3. responsible for developingand implementingquality policies andprocedures that align with organizational goals and industry standards.

4. Providing documents to customer on time.

5. To see whether inspection of parts is done on time.

6. Rework/Rejection material follow up.

7. To qualify welders as WPS& WPQ (1G,2G,3G).
