Project Role :

Quality Engineer (Tester)

Project Role Description :

Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Quality Engineer, you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve engaging with various teams to ensure that testing processes are efficient and effective, while also focusing on continuous improvement and quality assurance throughout the development cycle. You will be responsible for creating and executing automated test scripts, monitoring application performance, and collaborating with team members to identify and resolve issues promptly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks. - Strong understanding of API testing and security testing methodologies. - Ability to create and maintain test documentation and reports. - Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
