About the role:
Are you passionate about quality and compliance? As a Quality Controller at Onecom, you'll ensure our sales and customer service calls meet the highest standards. You'll listen to calls, provide compliance support, and produce performance reports to help improve our sales quality. If you're detail-oriented and committed to excellence, this role is for you. Listen to sales calls to ensure compliance with company and regulatory parameters Analyse sales calls following in-life requests from the Customer Services Department Provide help and guidance to the Customer Services team on the sales process and compliance matters Listen to Customer Service calls for quality assurance with parameters for assessment Compile and analyse ad-hoc data Maintain a polite and professional manner at all times
