Quality Controller

In this role, you will be expected to listen to sales calls to ensure adherence to company and regulatory guidelines, analyze sales calls based on Customer Services Department requests, offer assistance and advice to the Customer Services team regarding the sales process and compliance issues, assess Customer Service calls for quality assurance purposes, compile and analyze ad-hoc data, and maintain a consistently polite and professional conduct.
