Job Description

Develop and implement quality control procedures tailored to pharma machines manufacturing. Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish per specifications. Analyze quality inspection data and report non-conformities with root cause analysis and action plans. Monitor and manage in-house and vendor rework/rejection activities, and devise improvement strategies. Visit vendors explain them drawings and process Prepare and maintain documentation such as inspection reports, and MIS. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continual improvements and reduce defects. Prior experience as a QC Engineer in the tool manufacturing industry, Proficient in drawing interpretation (GD&T knowledge preferred). Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments, including: Vernier Caliper Micrometer Hardness Tester Height Gauge
