JOB PURPOSE/OVEREVIEW OF THE ROLE:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform raw material analysis and work with the procurement team to qualify it.
• Closely work with supply chain team to ensure quality in product management and dispatch
• Carry out in-process and finished goods analysis as per the project requirement.
• Work with cross functional teams in reviewing SOPs and BMR release
• Work with upstream & downstream teams for CIP/SIP process
• Documentation for COA and SOPs
• Responsible for maintaining the item master for production materials.
• Review & generate appropriate documentation for instrument calibration records
• Use knowledge of laboratory procedures to advance projects under shifting priorities and timelines.

EXPERIENCE:

KEY SKILLS:

• Spectrophotometer, Moisture analysis, pH measurement
• Biochemical assays

INDUSTRY PREFERENCE:

• Industry - Food/Agriculture/Pharma/Chemicals/Biotechnology/Any Life Science.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Basic knowledge of QC function
• Knowledge in Biochemical assays
• Ability to independently plan and carry out research on various project and work towards attainment of project objectives
