Quality Assurance Tester

This is a Patna, Bihar based job. Candidates who can relocate to Patna, they can apply. Its an onsite job, not remote work.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Tester with at least 2 years of experience in manual and automation testing for both web and mobile applications for Patna, Bihar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. Good hands-on experience and understanding on test automation frameworks.

Note: This is a strictly onsite position based in Patna – remote work is not available.

Roles & Responsibility :

• Work with the development team to test earlier into the software development process.
• Coordinates with development team in overseeing bug tracking, test prioritization, test automation, and release management.
• Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
• Track and communicate test results in a timely, effective, and automated manner.
• Perform Mobile Apps testing (iOS & Android) and API Automation
• Experience on Onshore/Offshore model
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
• Stay current with testing tools and methodologies to ensure optimal testing Practices.
• Experience in Unit Testing & UEA testing.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Java/JavaScript.
• Good experience in Mobile UI automation.
• Proficiency in API automation (ReadyAPI, RestAssured)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
