Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Management Specialist at Yokogawa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of current policies and business processes within the Quality Management System. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, analyzing, and evaluating the current policies and business processes - Contributing to the design of the QMS - Providing specialist oversight to the drafting of new policies and procedures - Designing business processes - Quantifying the costs and business benefits of change In the area of Health, Safety, and Environment, you will: - Monitor and review performance against HS&E Key Performance Indicators - Take action to improve performance and resolve non-compliance with organization's policies - Ensure adherence to HS&E policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions For Quality Testing Design, you will: - Develop and validate complex new test methods and procedures - Incorporate new technologies to meet changing requirements - Ensure compliance with organizational, customer, and regulatory standards Your role will also involve providing leadership and direction by: - Communicating the local action plan - Motivating people to achieve business goals - Explaining the connection between the function's strategy and the organization's mission and vision Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying shortcomings, suggesting improvements, and delivering a plan for change management programs. You will also engage in data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement, performance management, organizational capability building, and budgeting.
