Job Description

As a Quality Management Specialist at Yokogawa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of current policies and business processes within the Quality Management System. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, analyzing, and evaluating the current policies and business processes - Contributing to the design of the QMS - Providing specialist oversight to the drafting of new policies and procedures - Designing business processes - Quantifying the costs and business benefits of change In the area of Health, Safety, and Environment, you will: - Monitor and review performance against HS&E Key Performance Indicators - Take action to improve performance and resolve non-compliance with organization's policies - Ensure adherence to HS&E policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions For Quality Testing Design, you will: - Develop and validate complex new test methods and procedures - Incorporate new technologies to meet changing requirements - Ensure compliance with organizational, customer, and regulatory standards Your role will also involve providing leadership and direction by: - Communicating the local action plan - Motivating people to achieve business goals - Explaining the connection between the function's strategy and the organization's mission and vision Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying shortcomings, suggesting improvements, and delivering a plan for change management programs. You will also engage in data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement, performance management, organizational capability building, and budgeting. In terms of behavioral competencies, you are expected to: - Manage complexity by effectively solving problems - Demonstrate courage in addressing difficult issues - Exhibit situational adaptability to match shifting demands - Instill trust through honesty, integrity, and authenticity - Be tech-savvy and adopt innovations in digital and technology applications Your skills in planning and organizing, policy and procedures, action planning, compliance management, and more will be crucial for success in this role. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level, along with substantial work experience in your area of expertise.
