Draft comprehensive claim investigation reports based on collected evidence
and investigator findings
Review and edit reports submitted by claim investigators for accuracy,
clarity, and completeness
Ensure all reports meet company standards and legal requirements
Develop and implement quality control procedures for the report drafting
process
Conduct regular audits of claim investigation reports to maintain high-quality
standards
Identify areas for improvement in the report drafting process and implement
corrective actions
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Proficient in medical terminology, disease classification, and understanding
of line of treatment
Excellent command over English (both written and verbal)
Advanced knowledge of computer applications, MS Office, and email
communication
Experience in quality control or quality assurance in the insurance industry is
preferred
