Job Summary We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to take charge of quality assurance efforts for our software development and IT systems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of implementing quality processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Strategy: - Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance management to the QA team. - Develop and implement QA strategies, methodologies, and processes. - Act as a liaison between development, business, and stakeholders for QA alignment with project goals. Test Planning and Execution: - Create detailed test plans and test cases. - Define and track quality metrics. - Oversee functional, performance, security, and regression testing. Process Optimization: - Drive continuous improvement in testing processes. - Evaluate and integrate automation tools. Team Management: - Manage a team of QA analysts and engineers. - Foster a culture of quality and accountability. Collaboration and Communication: - Work with cross-functional teams to design testing solutions. - Communicate QA status, risks, and solutions effectively. Risk Management: - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Address defects and coordinate resolution efforts. Requirements Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - More than 7 years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role. Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of software QA methodologies. - Experience with test automation tools. - Knowledge of programming/scripting languages. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices. Soft Skills: - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of cloud platforms. - Certification in QA or Testing. Location: Jaipur, India.,
