Quality Assurance Engineer (QA)

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Unifize, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our B2B SaaS applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Performing manual and automated testing to guarantee the quality of our applications. - Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and issues to resolution. - Collaborating with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback. - Participating in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools. - Conducting regression testing and performance testing. - Monitoring and reporting on test coverage, quality metrics, and overall product quality. - Staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and software testing. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Proven experience as a QA Engineer, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. - A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. - Experience with both manual and automated testing. - Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. Additionally, familiarity with new-age QA SaaS tools like Rainforest, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are considered bonus points.
