Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing test plans using standard testing methodologies such as system, regression, performance, and stress testing - Writing test plans, developing manual test cases and scripts, and conducting manual testing on various devices - Documenting defects using a bug tracking system and working closely with the development team to ensure timely rectification - Contributing to the recruitment process by identifying and onboarding new talent based on the organization's needs To excel in this role, you should meet the following minimum qualifications: - Passion for working towards a social cause and making a positive impact on the lives of underprivileged children in developing countries - Minimum of 2 years of experience in software QA with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools - Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset that drives the completion of high-quality projects efficiently - Proficiency in spoken and written English Preferred qualifications that would be advantageous for this role include: - Over 1 year of experience in testing iOS and Android games and apps - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - Experience in conducting usability testing sessions with end-users - Previous involvement in working with distributed teams Join us in our mission to create a positive change in the world while contributing your skills and expertise to our dynamic team.,
