Quality Assurance Automation Lead

As a QA Lead at our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing quality initiatives within our healthcare solutions. With your expertise in automation frameworks and testing strategies, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of test strategies focusing on automated test coverage for UI, API, and backend components. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining robust test frameworks, defining quality standards and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines, and embedding a quality-first approach in all software development phases. You should have 6-11 years of experience in software testing with a significant focus on test automation. Proficiency in tools like playwright, cypress, or similar frameworks is essential, along with scripting/programming skills in languages such as Javascript, typescript, Python, or Java. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps is also required. Your solid understanding of QA methodologies, Agile practices, healthcare workflows, and compliance standards will be key in ensuring the reliability and performance of our releases. Collaboration and communication are vital aspects of this role as you will work closely with product, development, and DevOps teams to drive early defect detection, monitor quality metrics, and validate critical user journeys. Your leadership skills will be put to use in defining and driving quality metrics, processes, and standards, as well as in performing hands-on testing during high-risk or critical releases.
