Job Description

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (any field) with 1-2 years of demonstrated experience as a Quality Analyst or in a comparable position
Proven experience in delivering training and public speaking engagements
Adept at generating reports and utilizing data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Skillset

Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at providing clear, actionable feedback
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Prior experience working on or supporting a Google Project is preferred
Working knowledge of the Google Qasa Quality Tool is a plus

Selection Criteria

Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years as a Quality Analyst or in a comparable position
Location and Openings: Bangalore, Work from Office
Shift: 24/7, Rotational Shift and Off
