Job Description

The Quality Analyst ensures that all customer interactions meet the required standards for accuracy, professionalism, and compliance. This role helps improve customer experience and boosts the conversion ratio by identifying best practices and areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities:·
Monitor telecaller conversations (live and recorded) for script adherence, compliance, and customer handling.· Score calls using pre-defined checklists and provide constructive feedback.· Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.· Share quality insights with Team Leaders and Trainers for targeted improvement.· Conduct calibration sessions to align quality standards across evaluators.· Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports for management.· Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
